Anyway, my point with Spain is that, one daily task I do to discipline myself is practice 20 minutes of Spanish. I make sure to do this every evening before settling down to sleep. It’s something that will be beneficial to me, and it distracts me from wasting 20 minutes scrolling through TikTok. A win, win.
